Open the display of Audio, Video and Game Controller.

When all Audio devices are unstalled, restart Windows. During this procedure Windows 'realizes' that Audio devices have to be installed and automatically starts driver installation. After that the entry 'Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth' is again available in the selection box.
